Which size should I choose?
Large 7L for dogs over 22 lb (10 kg) or homes with several pets. Small 3L for cats and dogs under 22 lb (10 kg). Not sure? Pick the Large.
How long does the battery last?
Weeks per charge in timer mode (up to 50 days on the Large). In sensor mode it depends on how often your pet drinks. You can also keep it plugged in for constant flow.
How often do I refill and clean it?
About once a week. Small gives a cat up to 8 days of water, and Large lasts most dogs about a week. Rinse the stainless steel bowl each time you refill.
How often should I change the filter?
About once a month (every 2 weeks in multi-pet homes). Your fountain comes with 6 filters (3 + 3 free bonus), so you're covered for 6 months. Add the 1-year filter pack when you order to get 12 in total.
Is it noisy?
No. The pump is whisper-quiet, so it won't spook nervous pets.
