Thank you for shopping with KAVODA! We are committed to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently. To ensure a smooth delivery process, we partner with Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service, which utilizes Amazon's extensive logistics network to ship your items.
1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and handed over to Amazon's fulfillment network within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT on a Friday, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
- Orders outside our Menstrual cup range:
Orders are delivered in 5-15 business days depending on the destination:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- United Kigndom: 5-10 business days
- Australia: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 5-15 business days
- International: 5-15 business days
Orders are processed in 24-48 hours (excluded from delivery time). All orders receive a tracking number.

As Amazon MCF handles our shipping, the following estimated delivery times apply from the moment your order is shipped from their fulfilment center:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of your order, and your delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within United Kingdom and United States. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped by Amazon, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly through the carrier's website (usually Amazon Logistics, Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, UPS, FedEx, etc., depending on Amazon's choice for your region).
6. Multiple Shipments
Please be aware that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different Amazon fulfillment centers to ensure the quickest delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if this occurs.
7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to Amazon as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus any return shipping fees incurred.

We will contact you to arrange for re-shipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check your property and with neighbors.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at contact@kavodacare.com within 48 hours of the reported delivery. We will work with Amazon to investigate the issue.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
9. International Shipping
For international orders (if applicable), please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by the destination country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
